30days..... must be a local thing.... I'm going back after work!
Return Policy - Verizon Wireless
Thirty days, per policy on Verizon, updated earlier this month.
Were you by chance talking to a retailer that resells Verizon phones/service? Then it could just be their policy, note this from the exchange portion of the policy linked above:
Edit: Too late, you guys got it covered lol.
Yeah but at least Apple tells you when it's coming out. And everything I have read in here makes me feel cautious about android -- like it's not ready for prime time yet! Delayed software updates, delayed hardware, a phone from Google, a phone from a carrier.....to me this is a mess! I would rather take boring and works over dynamic and unreliable! After this mess, I would jump on a Verizon iphone in a minute!
the problem we have here is someone gets information right out of a managers mouth and you guys act as if they are lying.
You have 15 days not 30!
If you use the device for more than 60min of talk time there's a $35 fee rather you get another phone or not.
I asked and was informed. Company policy according to her. Maybe it's changed since the last time you checked.
The higher ups don't care what we want, and sending them numerous messages won't get them to release this phone any sooner. They are on a schedule that is set in stone. Companies like Verizon Wireless don't just haphazardly release phones. This release has been internally planned and set for a long time now. It's called a business plan. They have to stick to it. There are too many entities involved to just decide to release a phone out of the blue. It all has to be pre-planned for advertising, marketing, testing, production, etc. Emailing them isn't going to get an answer. Because we are just a small percentage of the Verizon customer base. Probably about 1% or less. They have bigger things to worry about than us wanting a phone. They have to make money and have a game plan to maximize profits as much as possible. If this phone hasn't released yet, it's for good reason from a financial prospective for Verizon Wireless and it's share holders. Nothing person towards you, but that's just the facts.
Although he was work. He could have been in a hurry.
NOTE, he didn't put a frown either!![]()
VZW tried to burn burner, not cool
Got some more info from my source... at work now. I will share it later tonight around 9ish
Don't you think some where in there you should have said "Announcing"?
So....you had enough time to post that but for some reason can't post a quick version of the info?..........
yeah ... i think he was given bad intel.
Verizon Nexus One and HTC Incredible: Scratching our heads
You could boil this entire forum into this article. At least someone is listening.

did MM really peace for good?
I sent him a pm, and he got back to me over lunch.....he's gone for now at least, he said he's taking a break for at least a while, and he's not sure if he'll return at all.
p.s. You're not trying to critique me to try to get under my skin and start an argument, are you? I sure hope not. Because I hardly think my posts are argument worthy. I'm just trying to contribute and add to the conversation. I suggest you do the same.
