Help Media disappeared

Hi, I went to play my music for my walk to work this morning and all of it has disappeared, along with all my photo's/video's too..I nearly cried!..does anyone know why this happened..will it happen again or can I stop it happening again?
any help would be much appreciated - I'm not too clever with phones!

Hi, Just signed up. Normally just read threads etc...

The exact same thing has happened this evening to me all my pictures have vanished
Not sure what has caused this at all

Have either of you got a file manager such as estrongs installed? If so, you can browse to the dcim folder for photos on sd and check they're still there

No, just the standard myfiles file browser.

Nope all pictures gone.. Very strange
Music is all still there tho
