Sorry to hear that... This is an unfortunate thing to happen to anyone. Just has Don said, you should contact your service provider for instructions on how to replace the device.
I hope somehow you might be able to find it. There is an application available on the Play Store that could help you to find a lost or stolen device, but it will only be helpful to you if the it was already installed.
