Help Unfortunately Test Service has stopped ??

My phone will randomly freeze for a few seconds and then display the following message "Unfortunately Test Service has stopped ??" Also my phone has the "copy and paste issue" that so many of Galaxy S 3's seem to be dealing with. Basically the phone will let me copy text, but when I go to paste it only says "Clipboard" and when I hit that nothing happens. I am positive that it is nothing that I am doing wrong. I also believe that these two issues are tied into each other so I was wondering if anyone has found a solution for this.

This just started happening to me today. And copying text in Chrome causes it to crash. That also only started today. I've had my phone for months and never had these problems. And I haven't installed any apps recently.

I've been having the C&P issue for a month or so, I just now had the "test service" crash. I would very much like to find a solution.
