Help Screenshots wont attach to messages

Hi,

Sorry if this is an old question but I am having trouble.

I took a screenshot using the "hand swipe" method on my Galaxy S 3 and then went in to messaging to send the picture. It says "media type not supported"

Has anyone else seen this and how do you fix it?

I'm on Vodafone UK also. It must be an OS default for some reason.....
