Emails only partially downloading

I have two email accounts on my S3 that I use, Hotmail and Gmail. I use the stock S3 app to access them. In the settings I have checked: show images and download all the message, but I am still getting just what looks like addresses to click on to see the email. I click down load more info or show more info but it doesn't help.

I can use use the Gmail and Hotmail apps and see all of the email, but my folders will not show in the Hotmail app that I downloaded from the app store.

Is there anyway to use just the one stock email app or another app to access both email apps and see the complete message?

might want to download Maildroid and see if that email client will work better.
