Favorite new Features ICS

I've read so many negative things about Ice Cream Sandwich. Time for some positivity. What are your favorite new features?

My top two for sure are:

The music player widget being present on the lock screen/ being able to bring up the notification menu in the bottom right on the lock screen

Being able to add/remove home screens, and set the default home screen.

What are yours?

My top three: Folders, then folders, followed by folders. If you pressed me for a fourth I would add support for the Chrome browser.

The biggest plus for me isn't a 'feature' at all, but rather a 'fix'. I find ICS to be very stable - I can keep the tablet on indefinitely and it's stable. With HC I had to reset the tablet daily otherwise it would slow down and eventually hang. The downside is ICS seems to be a little slower to open and switch applications, it's not intolerable, but it is noticable.

Speed and performance is much more fluid. I like the 3G/HSDPA icons much better. It connects to WiFi much faster. Unlock touch anywhere on the screen. Remove or reassign 'snapshot' button. Folders (deja vu).

I know this is a bit OT, but I somehow added two screens, and now I have 7 instead of 5! How to I remove extra screens? Thanks for any help!

Two finger pinch on any home screen. Then it will display smaller versions of all of your home screens. From there add/remove and set your default home page.
