Help Why my Galaxy s 3 icons looks like that??

What ROM are you using? It looks like you have installed a theme of some kind that has changed the look of the icons (and the status bar by the look of it). Or the ROM itself came with those icons added by default

If so you can find a stock theme to go back to how it was. If you have Omega ROM for example you can use the Omega Files app to download a stock theme

I really dont know what happen it come with those icons from factory and i dont like it and i dont want to use go launcher ex ect i want it to look like the others s3 without Go launcher ex app So let me know if you can help me..

Do you have Go launcher installed? If so just Uninstall it from settings>Application Manager>Uninstall go Launcher EX. and everything will be back to normal.

are you saying the icons were like that when you got the phone? if so, i dont think there is a way to change them without a custom launcher
