How To Update LG Optimus 3d

Hey i have had the lg optimus 3D p925 for about 6 months now,
I keep seeing the icecream sandwhich update everywhere, but for some reason I am unable to download it. When i use my LG PC Suite it tell me at first there is an upgrade for my phone but once it gets the the update process it tells me " your phone is already upgraded to the newest version"
Some please help!

I am almost 100% sure that I am not running ICS. My phone is running Android 2.3.5 right now, which is the same version it has had since I purchased the phone. I am going to check out the link you posted for me. I have searched all over google for a download link or a launcher that would help me upgrade, but still no luck. All my friends are upgraded to ICS, and sadly in still left behind lol
