Help dang ol phone be yappn when I get texts?

I get a text v and it speaks to me telling me who is texting me. Why did everyone need to know. I've had this phone since day one and its amore thing. Just started yesterday. Cannot get it to stop. Only does it[with sound on/LEFT]

To disable/enable pull down the drop down menu from the top of the screen, scroll to the right and find it there.
