Yes it does. You need a pretty decent gpu to record hdtv in a HTPC if you want decent fps. Of course, this won't be as good quality video though, even if it's the same resolution.

I've seen a couple of websites today say a phone from VZW might be released either tomorrow or next Tuesday (b/c they say phones are usually released on a Tuesday and their "trusted source" says to look for a new phone very soon). I ignored these comments as they are obviously the same speculation we've been fed for a while now.

BUT, I just checked my email and I had one from VZW reminding me that I still had not used my NE2 (I was eligible for my NE2 in December, but I am waiting for something new to be released). I'm might just be overreacting, but do you guys think this could be a sign that the N1 or Incredible could be released soon? After all these frustrating months waiting for the N1 and Incredible, I think we may be pretty close.

I get to be off from Wednesday through Friday of next week- plus the weekend-Would be awesome if it came out in that time frame! My luck will come out the week after though

Not to be a downer, but I feel if they really wanted to get you in and buy the incredible, they'd send the email day of release showing off it's features and looks.

I still believe the training thing though. Two weeks doesn't sound too bad to me. :o
 
OMG ALL THIS INFORMATION MAKES EVEN MORE SENSE.

Soft Sailor posted on March 24th (My birthday and CTIA) that the HTC Incredible is due to launch "by the end of next week" that turns out to be this week since it was posted last week. Soft Sailor's source is also apparently very credible and has never failed them with information on release and stuff. This information on training for the HTC Incredible coincides with what they said and a release by the end of this week is very PLAUSIBLE/POSSIBLE!!!!

Nothing can keep me down after these past few months I've spent with my caveman phone. It's only up from here...:cool:
