circle widgets on razr?

I saw that the new RAZR M has something called circle widgets. How can I get this on my RAZR?

Use the One More Clock app in the Play Store. I forget the exact name, but I think it's called Chrome Rings.

It does NOT have the animation of the original though.

Yup, thats it. I like the look but the weather is somewhat limited. I used Sense Flip Clock before that which linked to weather but used a lot of memory.
