If you're looking to flash ICS onto your Tab from a Canadian carrier (like Bell, Rogers, Telus) I suggest you simply install the UK version instead. I did that a while ago and it works great. It uses UK or US english, it works with 3G just fine, and it doesn't have any of the carrier crap and apps installed. It's a nice clean installation.
