cannot update my MBX DVBT C03ref - google TV - e-signature fails

have a google TV based on MBX DVBT C03ref.

tried several times updating, using its built in update app with ROMs i downloaded from V-Play download section in downloads.v-play.com.hr/#lc03ref

tried all the last 4.

all of them provide the same result: after the reboot, i get:
E: bad bootloader arguments
"(null)"
...
E: signature verification failed

how do i proceed ?
help please

Please read this post first. Which firmware was installed before you tried to upgrade. Firmwares on V-Play download section are for Visson products. If you change anything in update.zip (eg. change remote.conf), you have to resign your update.zip. If you don't it will fail on install.

my device is ARM Cortex A9 based.

i read the forum but i need more guidance which other file i install before i install that
v-play ROM.
