Jellybean s3 uk installed

I don't like the line "Tap "Install" button (Keep in mind changing CSC wipes your device)
I think I will wait for the official release. :rolleyes:
 
trying the csc bit of the tutorial vid but i cant get it to accept when i type in the emei no. part (copy and pasting so i get the / in the dialer with the no.)?? altho quite happy to leave the csc bit for now and ill just reinstall the rom when uk ones available..

Its official but not for your phone. Each imei or serial number matches an expected set of software release, eg 3uk. If you put o2 uk or unbranded Poland, it wont match so kies won't support.

You have to be careful with this. I know HTC for example will refuse warranty on this basis. Samsung I'm not sure about

Im hoping it wont go wrong before the uk rom is released or at all touch wood..
 
What i have noticed tho is the driving mode is no longer available from the pull down and once its activated via the nfc tag i couldnt get it to turn off until i went into settings lang/input and flicked the slider, just pressing it from the pulldown did not deactivate it.. nor direct from task manager either.. there is 1 good feature tho ive noticed that is when pressing and holding a text conversation it gives the option to block no. so great for those pesky ppi texts..

I had the same problem with driving mode the other day.

I did not use it, it got activated and I deactivated it. Done. No idea how it works.
 
i bought my s3 in brazil and it shows Model number GT-I9300 and baseband i9300blg2... my question is, is the polish version compatible with my phone?
 
I managed to upgrade to Jelly Bean, encountered no problems other than Predictive Text stopped working afterwards. No matter what I tried, it just refuses to work in WhatsApp, SMS, etc where it worked before.
