Help app that allows you to change between 4g/LTE/3g?

Is there not a place in the settings under network or data to do that. Pretty sure there is a place to toggle LTE on and off on stock Android ICS and JB

Unfortunately, this is not the case. There is not LTE toggle on the ATT version. You can look up the 3G/HSPA APN settings for ATT on Google and add it to your phone. Then just pick between the two APN's to go between LTE and 3G.
 
GS3 on both verizon, at&t don't have that setting in wireless/network settings unfortunately. It's automatic 3G/LTE by default. I know "phone info" app can toggle LTE, 3G CDMA on verizon GS3, but not sure if that works on at&t to toggle LTE, HSPA too.
 
Why would you want to toggle in the first place? My LTE is on all day and the battery life is fantastic.

If your battery life is bad, you don't know how to use your Android phone. Post some screen shots of battery usage. I go all day with mine with battery to spare.....
 
Looks at my battery today. About average use...

So your telling me if someone is complaining about their battery they don't know how to use their phone? It has nothing to do with the service they get, the apps they've downloaded, a bad battery, or any other factors?

Based on your screenshot your barely using your phone, as standby is taking up most of your battery.

I wouldn't say that's average, I'd say that's you not really using your phone to show off battery stats.
