Problem with MMS

My wife's HTC Desire HD refuses to download MMS messages even if they're less than the 300k limit.Her phone seems to be set up the same as mine so I'm puzzled.It's probably something dead simple that I've overlooked.

Both on same carriers (EE formerly Orange).It's sorted now.I've uninstalled a couple of apps and that seems to have done the trick so far.

Which apps? My husband is having problems with MMS on his Triumph (Virgin Mobile). I don't know if I am or not, since no one sends them to me except him.

One was 3G Watchdog and I can't remember the others (I'm a wrinkly LOL!). I replaced them with ZDBox (v good) and Norton Mobile (free version, also good).Sorry I can't be of any more help.

Arhill, to help you further, personally you do not need an Anti-Virus on your device (Norton Mobile) as the chance of you getting a virus is slim unless you download an APK file from an unauthorized website.
