Root [ROM] Unlocked Potential Remix 07/19/13

Gonna add this to my collection. Never know when I wanna go back to "stock-ish".... :)

Thanks Mobz!

Sorry for the late comment, but I was sifting thru the old threads and found your comment. Ur so right about not knowing when ur gonna get the "hankerin" for a stock rom...and I just did. All of a sudden....Power Rom it is!

Is anyone else getting an error message evertime this rom boots? It says "com.android.process has stopped". Any idea what could be causing this.

Which one have more tweaks and mods this one or midnightrom I wanna switch to this one but I'm thinking which one have more tweaks and mods right now I'm on the sense 4.0 rom please someone give me advice

How hard would it be to make a ROM, similar to this one (97% stock), only based on the Sprint 2.89 RUU that would work for us on VM? I'm willing to learn, if you could tell me the basic steps...

All i have to say is WOW................. It even has a Muffin Button!!!!

Thank you for the update...Works very well for me!

Not too sure what a "Muffin Button" is...:-)

Is there anything one must do the apk's that are in the Sprint 2.89 RUU before the EVO V 4G will recognize them? I downloaded the RUU exe file, Opened it in windows...Allowed it to get to the "click here to continue..." screen (and copied the ROM.ZIP from %TEMP% directory)...Closed the RUU, then used 7zip to unzip the ROM.ZIP.

Then I copied the "system.img" file from there to my Ubuntu Linux box...mounted the system.img file and copied the apk files from the directory where I mounted the image. When I copy those apk files to my /system/app directory on the phone, and set owner/permissions the same as all other files there, they (the files from Sprint 2.89 RUU file) don't seem to be recognized...

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong? Do the apk files need to be updated/edited somehow before they will work on our handsets?

When I was trying to add the stock keyboard to your Mobster Rom V, it wouldn't recognize the HTC_IME.apk that I had obtained from the Sprint 2.89 RUU, as described above...I was just curious if I'd corrupted the apk somehow as I was "obtaining" it, or if further modification was required that I didn't know about...

Use this Rom for resources everything is working :)

Are you sure that Sony's xloud is enabled on this rom? The reason I ask is because I tried out viper 3d rom and there is a toggle switch for xloud in viper 3d rom's pull down notifications / quick settings and there is a big difference when its turned on and on every other rom that claims to have xloud the sound isn't very loud.
