Help Predictive Text broke after S3 Jelly Bean upgrade

I upgraded my International SGS3 to Jelly Bean ahead of the official release. Everything went smooth except I discovered the only obvious thing not working is Predictive Text. Even with all boxes checked, typing in WhatsApp, SMS, etc .. the bar where suggested texts normally appear is blank.

Anyone experience something similar. So weird.

Yes, I see the same issue. It's learning every word I type as a new word. Regardless of how competently I spell it...

Unfortunately I haven't yet worked out how to fix it.

Thanks for the reply. I was beginning to think I am the only one with the problem. I'm not willing to do a hard factory reset that might wipe out my address book and customization even though the apps 'should' automatically reinstall themselves when phone reboots.

Never mind the predictive text problem. If everything else is running properly, install SWYPE BETA Swype | Text Input for Screens - a much better keyboard than stock and highly configurable too.
