Root [MOD] init.d support for STOCK Micromax A87 Ninja 4.0 ROM

What is init.d?
Google it if u dont know.
It is mainly used for tweaking like enabling supercharger,turboboost.

Requirements:

1. Stock Kernel
2. Root
3. Busybox
4. CWM Recovery

Instructions:

1. Download the zip and place it in a folder in your SD card.
2. Reboot into CWM Recovery
3. Install zip as a normal package
4. ZIP takes care of all other things

How to check whether it is working or not?

Navigate to " /data/local/tmp/ " you will see a file named init.d_log_test.txt, if that file exists open it up and there would be something written in it,that means u now have init.d support on stock ROM's.

any noticeable difference in performance with supercharger ?.. once i tried in my tablet and didnt notice much difference!..
 
I have followed your step but it not working . I 2nd step you said that "Reboot into CWM Recovery" I don't have CWM Recovery. i have android system recovery and i have 4 opttion
1 reboot system now
2 apply update from sd card
3 wipe data/factory reset
4 wipe cache partition
i select 2nd option and i navigate that zip
but error
---------------------------
Finding update package...
opening update package..
verifying update package..
E: Signature verification Failed
Installation aborted.
---------------------------------

Help me how can i install init.d in my a87

hi friends i had followed every steps and able to install this package for sd card and its installed successfully but I didn't find any files in " /data/local/tmp/ "

Please help me Did i made any mistake.
 
And 1 more Important Thing I Had rooted my phone , install Busy box and able to get into CWM recovery mode .But I didn't Install "Stock Kernel" I Don't known what is it Please provide me download link for Micromax A87

Please help me !

1st time on net for cwm in a87 ??????????? stop playing around we were the 1st to get it and test it way long before u posted 1st time on ur website

How dare you say that i have copied you article or technical into my WEB Site. i have done a search on CWM 5 for my A87 view mount later but i did not get any help from any website and there is still not any article which is giving the tutorial to install CWM 5 For micromax A87.

Mr. hemanth you say all Credit goes to itzmiandy. Why ? Prove it ?
Second Comment You Said "we were the 1st to get it and test it way long before u posted 1st time on ur website"

Then give the Link of the Source then prove it that i have copied your article or technique.

Yes till now there is no article which gives an article to install CWM in A87...

Yes I cant give links of source to prove that you copied my article...

Yes I cant prove that Hemant was one of the first to test CWMR....

Yes we are De-motivation young developers...

Yes you created CWM for the first time for A87


I have developed CWMR for A87, Karbonn A18 and am running my custom ROMS on both the phones... How dare a Randy like me question a dude like you??
