well the update not work for me , fc every single thing , settings , phone , mms contacts etc etc , i do superwipe n install again in the same , dont work for me .

lets use common sense here....it has worked for everyone else so unless you have a different phone than everyone else is using, your download must be corrupt...don't panic

Try redownloading (The file may have been corrupted), try switching to that .apk that he linked above, wipe (in CWM) dalvik cache, data, cache. If none of that works, try switching to a different rom (such as cm10 or anything really other than one of the AOSenseP roms), run the rom, then wipe everything listed above and try switching back to the latest AOSenseP rom. If none of this works please post again and somebody more experienced than myself will help you with your issue.

May I recommend if using linux by either of you to run the md5sum command on every release or windows download a program to do it. Then post the md5 so users can compared what they downloaded.

How ever I am not sure on the way you have taken with this rom. I downloaded the one a week or so ago but not in linux to check it out. How ever you shouldn't need to flash to one rom and back to this to get it to work. Also if you have format system in the updater, it will wipe system which is 90% of where the rom/os lives. Keep in mind when flashing a rom you are only touching a few partitions. System, Cache, Data and Boot. When you wipe to install the rom all will be erased besides boot.

Edit: Just remembered and double checked to see if you were using dev-host. Where it does the md5sum on your upload. I would compared the file you uploaded with it. Then recommend users to check the download the receive as dev-host hasn't been very dependable in the past.

HaydenM here is what you will need to know in order to do it with windows. Put this link in the OP as well below where you put the MD5
All this will do is just give you a number. if what they download has issues and they check the MD5 on their download and it does not match YOUR MD5 then that concludes that they have a corrupted download and should redownload the zip. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1135620

Thank you for pointing that out 2fast. However I myself should NOT be the one to do this as I am not the one uploading the .zip At this point i'm just helping provide support until i can learn to fix something to contribute.

Cookie had showed me how to check the md5 of one of his zips one time. Completely forgot.

Hayden, I have a question about apex launcher I upgraded to pro and now it automatically keeps switching wallpapers on me I have no idea how to stop this. I know this question doesn't seem important but aggravating. Any ideas please.

I have found an issue with the dropdown menu in the maps.apk. The text is black with a black background with the text only visible when touching the menu. If you come across the issue in any other apps, please post it in the forum....Thank you

its like that on your power down menu. Might i suggest the background color be replaced with the ICS blue. or the text be the ICS blue color. either way. the text is very hard to read, but then again the icons to the left are completely unseeable.

After flashing this beta 2 update on my Sprint evo design that was on AOSensePvg3, I can't access recovery through adb reboot oem-42, adb reboot recovery, fastboot reboot recovery, power options, or hboot "recovery" selection. Is there a way to restore from a nandroid backup besides recovery??

Not sure why it happened, but I just flashed the recovery.img through fastboot, and it's working now.

Nearly everything is great in this ROM, and there are just a few minor bugs.

1. I think it was mentioned before, but Power Options text and background color is black, so you can't see the main text without selecting the option.
2. Camera- it crashes when selecting panorama mode or the effects in video mode.
3. The Gmail app has a slightly protruding black bar at the top and bottom buttons are slightly odd. (image 2)
4. New Voicemail is in my status bar, and nothing will make it go away. (image 3)
5. Pop-ups have a white border; not sure if this was intentional. (image 1)

FYI I'm on Sprint, not sure if the voicemail thing is different for boost people...
Not complaining in the least; this is absolutely great! Just wanted to let you know in case these things haven't been noticed yet.

Can anyone else confirm this please? I'm on Sprint, if that matters. Got to Settings -> Accounts & Sync -> Add Account. Do you have the option to add an Exchange ActiveSync account, or does it go straight to prompting for a Google ID?

Anybody else have this issue? Is this a known/expected problem due to the removal of so much HTC stuff?

Idk if this is a bug, but I used my twitter about five days with no problem. Then just now my letters like turned into idk what they were. It was like scribbles. It was like scribble, scribble, scribble, letter, scribble, scribble. It might be the app. But its never accured until now.

I'm thinking of reverting back to the old framework-res and and just going with the dark background for the app and leaving all the popups alone until I have more time to spend on them but I'm curious to see what progress legmando has made on this ....

That would be great...I will be sure to credit you in the OP. I'm going to include the WiFi tether app in the data folder...it is working with the right settings....Are all your mods to the framework-res file? if so just upload it and I can add it in....

If anyone else has any fixes to include, pm me and I will try to ionclude in the update....

I know someone posted an issue with Exchange Active sync...I have it working on my phone now in that you are given the option to add an account but I don't use Exchange so I don't know if it actually works....will include in the next update as well
