Battery drains while charging, in use

Is it normal for the battery to continue draining while the device is being charged and in use?

In use how?.and charged from what source?

If you were charging from a pc usb port at only 500mA and were doing something massively draining like full brightness + intense game, then yeah its possible.

If you were charging from a pc usb port at only 500mA and were doing something massively draining like full brightness + intense game, then yeah its possible.

The charge came from the AC outlet and the stock charger. I was using the browser and probably using the Facebook and the WhatsApp apps at the time. I always leave my screen at full brightness, or about 95% at all times.
