Poor Camera Quality

Hey guys, I am a new Galaxy S III user and I use my phone a lot for clicking pics. While the pics clicked during the day with adequate light is good enough but the pics clicked in low light or during the night outdoors are of very poor quality and there is a lot of noise in these pics.. Is there any any way to fix this or do I need to change some camera settings(ISO, auto contrast etc) as I bought this phone after great reviews about its camera and now I end up feeling disappointed about it..:(

Hi. I'm a full time photographer, I shoot with Canon EOS 5D Mark II, Canon G11 and also the S3. Which review did you read that claims fantastic images from the S3 day and night? My S3 produces grainy images when shooting in low light too so yours isn't broken just in case you're wondering. I haven't come across a smartphone camera that produces noiseless high ISO low light pictures yet.
