Accessories Need to know if g1 includs g1 adapters???

Hey i really need to know if the g1 includes an adapter for the headphones, i just ordered mine and i want to know if i should also order an adapter from ebay, so if any one could please let me know i would really appreciate it .

I have seen a youtube video that shows the person unboxing his stuff and he showed the 'adaptor' with the headphones that were in the box
 
damn thats not good, i don't get it what's the point of giving you headphones if there are not gonna give you the adapter?? well im supposed to get my phone on nov 10 hopefully they come with it.

They don't give you headphones. It's a headset, and it's got a USB mini plug so that it works with the G1.

You seriously thought they'd send out headphones that wouldn't plug into the phone?

Ah so that is how it works, well I knew that I saw something on youtube...however I will say I am a bit disappointed at the use of a mini usb rather then a standard 3.5mm jack.
 
Look at the iphone that's a fraction of the thickness, that comes with a 3.5mm. Yeah,there is always room. I'm sure the gen 2 will get one. Either that or more compaies will make mini usb headsets. Regardless, I'll never trade my G1 foran iphone!
 
You really can't compare it to the iPhone in that sense. The iPhone is designed to also act like an iPod (portable media player). That is not the case for the G1. They included a headset that can be used with the USB mini port. IMO, there should of been a flash for the camera which I find more important than the 3.5mm port.
