Root [International] Thinking of rooting my S3

Well i have had my S3 for over 3 months now, and since the jellybean update touchwiz fails all the bloody time and also get error failed to update popping up sometimes. I downloaded Nova launcher to get rid of the touchwiz propblem but still dont like the failed to update error coming through, even though only occisionally.

The last time o rooted a mobile was my Htc Desire and i liked the gingerbread Rom but never tried anything else with it.

So i am now wanting to root my S3 and wanting to know what the best rom out there is and if you can duel boot it along with other useful information i might need to know, or even just a direct link to somewhere would be helpful

It is on vodafone contract running jellybean ( UK ) and the model is GT-I9300

I know i am currently loving CyanogenMod10, it is still in the Nightly phase, they released a couple experimental ROM's but for the most part it's pretty awesome

Siyah kernel allows dual booting from within the stweaks app it comes with. Roms installed on internal /sdcard. So you can try roms with little disruption.

That said, probably a nice factory reset would solve your issues. Quite commonly needed after an OTA update

Thats what i thought as well, but before i updateed to JB i saved all my data in kies then updated, started getting the errors so did a facotry restore then recovered my apps and still got the problem.

Just want to Root it now and sort it out but to many S3 guides for different types, just need pointing in the right direction for my model number.

I rooted my S3 last weekend, still running stock as I can't decide which rom to use, I used CF Auto root and installed CWM touch in Odin after.

Really easy and straight forward. The only issue I had was getting Odin to see my phone and that turned out to be Kies running in the back ground and I had to go into task manager to stop it
