Help Galaxy S3 Media Transfer - NOOB HELP

ok, so here's the deal...

I switched from an iPhone4 to a Galaxy S3 about two months ago. After getting used to the phone i finally went out and bought a Samsung 32gb class4 (i know i should have got class 10, but i got screwed over in an online purchase...don't ask) microsd card.

Now i've tried this process using Kies, Easy Phone Sync, and direct drag-and-drop with the sdcard directly connected to my Mac. Every time i try to load photos and video i took with my iphone onto my Samsung, over half the photos and videos come up blank. When i try to view them in the gallery it says "unable to load photo" and the video's that don't work play static noise for 2 seconds then auto-end.

PLEASE HELP ME. I have over 1000 photos and video i'd like to move over to my galaxy

PLEASE HELP!

THANK YOU

.mov wont play as that is an apple proprietary format.

Loads of people have issues accessing the SD card properly from a mac. Kies Air seems to be the most recommended way to transfer. Have a search of this forum for "mac Transfer" or even just "mac" as there are a few threads about this.

Ahh, gotta love Apple. Apple always wants to do things different than everyone else so they use different media formats than the rest of the industry.

Format your new SD Card in the Galsxy S3
Go to a friend with a PC (not a mac)
Plug the iPhone in the PC via a USB cable and also have your MicroSD card in an adapter connected to the same PC. Select all the pictures from the iPhone, and copy them to the SD card in the folder you want (Its usually in DCIM/Camera)

It'll be fine. I did it for a friend and the Mac version took forever and didn't finish. My friend had over 2K pictures too!

Aloha, & Good Luck!
