Help SIM/MicroSD slot keeps popping out

have you tried with your own breath
blowing into the slot?
their might be some dust or something stuck inside preventing connection or secure lock..
if you do not believe that is the case, take your sim card to vzw and see if they can do a test to see if your sim card or slot is faulty.

Are you sure you are getting it in there far enough? You have to use that little special tool to really push it all the way in. I didn't realize that at first and the card was pushing out on the little door. Then I looked at the little 'key' they give you to open the door and on the other side is a 'tab' that you need to use to really push the card all the way in. Once I did that I didn't have any more problems.
Took me a while to realize that too. I kept using the pin to push it in and out, I was getting pretty frustrated with that haha.

I concur, push it in until it clicks. I almost returned my phone until I figured that out.
