Hi there sorry if this seems a stupid question but I have a Galaxy Ace and when I click on Samsung Apps the box comes up asking me to update and when I do click on it just says "loading" and this can go on for up to 20 minutes but nothing is loading. I have cleared cookies and history and coach, but nothing seems to work. I am missing something here and wonder if anyone could help me out with this. Cheers Lee

Why are you even bothering with samsung apps?? Just open the play store, get some cool apps and get cracking!

Forget samsung apps, nobody uses that on android, its not actually built for android in the first place. All root users remove that thing from the phone the moment they root their device, its a useless app consuming important space.
Use play store, you will never need anything to do with samsung apps. Ignore it!

Since Samsung apps were originally designed for Bada (not Android), maybe that's the reason why updating won't work.
Ok now please tell how to delete it it keeps telling me not too
I have put it in the recycle bin but I can't seem to be able to delete the hole programme ?

You can't delete it without root since it's preinstalled by Samsung. The only thing you've put in the bin is the icon.
