***Official HTC Incredible Thread***

My wife's KRZR took another step towards the grave today. It now refuses to charge it's battery. I also have a KRZR, so I'm going to try charging the battery in my phone and swapping them each night to see if that works for the next three weeks. If that doesn't do the job I'm not sure what plan B is.

The Incredible can't come soon enough! :D

Look at the pdf, when you zoom in, there is static around the sentences and logos and in between the "static" its solid white. That suggests its copy and pasted onto a new document. The one from Verizon doesnt have that because its the original. Check for yourself. Also looks at the l's in the pdf. There are variations from old to new.

As for my IP, I dont even know what you guys are talking about.

there is such a thing as a low quality pdf, which essentially makes a document look terrible.

That's common for shopped images, but it's irrelevant because, if you would have read all of our discussions you would know that that was an internal pic meant for best buy (verizon staff) not consumers it might have been thrown together by Verizon's marketing staff just to aleve customers growing anxiety of new device releases.

Just so you know, I am extremely relaxed. Relaxed and happy about our phone that is coming out. I think we were all much more relaxed before you started posting your negative comments. :cool:

Also, just as fair warning. You can be reported to your internet provider for repeatedly breaking a forum's rules and creating new names. Your internet provider can then take away your internet.

yes...that same person that was banned before went into a diatribe on just how that is done. He was banned on 2-3 occasions...

...and in terms of the photoshop...it was already determined that it really didn't matter in this case because it was independently verified by multiple VZW sources that received the emailed image. Since that image would obviously not normally occur, it would have to be created in such a fashion. A lot of the internal information that is sent within my company is also photoshopped...:eek:

It MUST be fake. I can no longer trust upper management. :rolleyes:

I think the most surprising thing for me today, is it still seems to be locked into the Incredible name....I thought for sure I'd see a change, but if Best Buy is gonna set out documents with Incredible in them, it might be confusing if they did a last minute name switch.

So I guess we're stuck with HTC Incredible.
 
Hello all, brand new to the thread, and currently with sprint, previously Verizon. Never really had issues with either and bouncing between 2 phones i'm sure you've heard of, Incredible and evo/supersonic. i know the evo has a bigger screen and 4g, not yet available in MN yet. just wondering pros and cons of 2 phones. i'd like to get one of the 2 soon, thanx
 
Come on guys, this bickring has nothing to do with the Incredible. It sounds like the release date is getting VERY close. Let's not clog up the thread with sparring back and forth.

So, based on the look of the phone, and the spces, capabilities, etc., what name would you pick for it?

I dont know.... Maybe. In the PDFs BestBuy refers to the Droid Eris as the HTC Eris. So there is a little room for play there.

I don't know....I'm not saying it's necessarily a bad thing. It'll be the running joke in a year, but for now, it will be Incredible.

Just surprised more than anything.
