This is my first post on the forum. I've been following this thread since before MM's Box. I currently have the lg dare and am eligible for my NE2 on May 18th. Its been great following this thread u guys are awesome. Do you think I would be able to upgrade early when this phone comes out at the end of this month?

Its been confirmed to have 8GB built in. The manual is wrong.

Probably but i think you would burn your NE2 and not get the credit, so I would hold off if you can.
Maybe a quick google search would be faster than waiting for someone that wants to answer your questions

I don't know, but on my Hero, when I press the "+" sign to add things to my Home screen there's a Folder group. In that group there are 2 items - New folder and Live folder. Under Live folder you have:
1. All Peope
2. Facebook Phonebook
3. My Stations
4. Phones
5. Recent Documents (this is nice - I will add to my home screen)
6. Starred
When you press New folder, you get an empty folder on your Home screen. I don't know yet how to add things to the empty folder.

I thought tethering was tricky stuff to do. Don't you have to jailbreak your iPhone to be able to tether? Aren't we getting it for free??

i had it on my droid before i returned it. OS 2.0 . on the homescreen just hold down and when the options come up click folder and you have a folder on the screen. Just drop apps in there
Just threw up a little in my mouth.
it's been rumored with the test phone awhile back but, heres what gets me why would google work on saving apps to the SD card if they are just going to start building the phones with the internal memory just seems odd to me....idk if i would bank on it having the 8 GB internal guess we will see april 29th though.

If you are talking about the Verizon tethering plan, then yes its a 5GB limit.

when (if?) you grow up and actually get a job, you'll quickly realize that you have no control over what's installed on your office workstation... and no, you can't install the neon lighting or watercooling either.

fyi tethering w/o a plan will cost you BIG bucks if you get caught- the tether plan is $15 and had a 5g cap- anything over that they charge additional
$15 to tether, 5gb cap on verizon unless you have the Palm Pre and Pixi as far as I know.
