Help Cyanogenmod10 to Samsung 4.1

I'm currently running Cyanogenmod 10 on my S3 and want to jump back to the Samsung release of Jellybean.
What is my best way of doing this without loosing my games/ saved games and apps?

Phone is on Bell Canada SGH-i747m

You'll need to do a data wipe via recovery. You really need titanium backup for your apps.

I actually have the Pro version too! thanks, got it all sorted out and running Samsung's version of 4.1.1.Thanks again.
