Root [ROM](MI-CHEE BETA 2 PUBLIC TEST RELEASE) Full Miui GB rom CM7 based

new build in the works. soooo stable. just a few more things to work out. i think ill be calling it rc1 as of now.

-mdpi default theme (looks fantastic)
-dropped almost 35mbs in unneeded system files
-re ported (i know sounds dumb)
-new more stable kernel
-aroma
-updated miui apps (most)
-did i say more stable yet?
-newest v6 supercharger release
-cleaned inside and out
 
dang lol means i got to download another file onto my extensive admire rom lists. i have an 8 gb flash drive completely filled with a a few roms from here along with themes for them. need more space!!!

I know what you mean. Good thing I hadn't left for work yet, I think I came a little bit >.<

I am definitely looking forward to this new build. Hopefully I can get some kind of connectivity to work, I couldn't do a damn thing on it last time I tried it. Also, does the camera work on this one? I vaguely remember it working because its the MIUI camera and not the CM7 camera, right?

yes miui camera. Im trying to get better data right now. the new rom would be up but i don want to push something with half ass data out.

I gave my mom my admire and took her huawei m835 because I hadnt paid my phone bill in a LONG time....I might get the ZTE avid soon though
 
I have tried flashing this 3 times, and i can't seem to login my Google account or get onto my WIFI ...
But the ROM is wonderful, GOOD WORK Boraichee !!!

im not sure if mms will work at that point. i feel less is working with this new build even thou its way more stable.

i wish i could get the newest build of cm7 to work out with this rom but im have alot of prblemz with it.
 
I flashed this and its stable, like really stable but I still cant get my wifi to work .... it just sits at obtaining IP address. But overall stable I can't test mms or data though :cool:
 
yeah , its REALLY stable. i was toying around with it all day but had to go back to my backup because i wasn't able to get my wifi working either or log into google to sync contacts. Wasnt able to get MMS to work either
Cant wait for the next release ^_^
 
Ok, Bo, I got a chance to get this flashed today and I love it. I really like the simplicity of the Aroma installer, plus it allows me to use nTelos APNs so I don't have to worry about corrupting the zip by adding my own. However, when I booted it up, I couldn't log into my Google account. Like others have said, I can't get my WIFI to work right, either. It comes on and sees other networks and stuff but when I connect it just sits there at "Obtaining IP address..." forever. The 3G icon shows up and everything but I still have no data.

Other than that, it looks great and I look forward to a more stable release :)
 
im too am also experiencing everything everyone else has reported. i had a similar problem with being unable to put in my gmail account because the option was even there. this was on a different rom though, i remember reflashing solve the issue but i didnt try on this one. i went back to my previous state
