***Official HTC Incredible Thread***

Off topic, but does anyone know the Guinness world record for the longest thread? I'm not sure I've seen a longer one? If this was the longest, that would be Incredible! BTW, my 9630 knows it's on the way out because its been on its best behavior. It's fearing replacement. :) Which is the better route, Best Buy or VZW buying the phone? I have an upgrade available.

Any corporate VZW store will take them

From what I understood from earlier the Incredible may have the ability to save the apps and data onto the on-board memory, which would mean the ability to have alot more apps downloaded. Please correct me if I read that wrong from earlier :D

It's a possibility. Nothing confirmed on that though.

Thanks, I thought about the shelter, only problem is one phone is not 911 compliant, and the one I am dumping randomly turns off. Would hate to have some woman in trouble and she can't call because the phone turned off. Good thought though.

they will try to fix them, and if they can't, then they recycle them.

If the Incredible is offered with a mail in rebate then I would do Best Buy because they don't do rebates and give it you instantly. If no rebate, then it doesn't really matter.

You have got to be kidding? How much can kids say about Pokemon and make sense? :rolleyes: lol I say we take 'em down!
Has their been any mention of pre-orders? If you get a phone online and return it the same way I have never had a restocking fee.
