Hopefully it has not been asked before but how would i go about reactivating my phone.

1. Can i reactivate online
2. Is there an activation fee to activate online.
3. Is there a possibility to get my old phone # again.
4. My payment due date was always on the 10th so should i want until then or can i do it before?

If i can do it by phone how will i go about paying. ( i dont want to give my CC info to a stranger over the phone)

*i tried login in with my old user name and password to the MPCS online page but it gives me an technical error at this time msg.

thanks for any help!

You can do it over the phone but have to give your CC number. How else would they get there money. You can do it at the store and sorry your number is gone by now. just go to a store tell them you want to activate the phone and start a new account if you tell them you want to reactivate it they might charge you a reactivation fee so just say you want to turn the phone on.

yeh your number is gone :( sorry. if you ask maybe you can get it back but i doubt it. ive heard of company's letting you choose your number (if its available) but not sure about metro

I dont know your situation but in store reacts should be free

Should be same account if you activate in store , new number, new anniversary date. I havent reactivated online , so no clue if possible

Was that a serious question?

this is teh first time ive been on a prepaid carrier in a long time, i know if like i didnt pay for 6 months or so id lose out on it but there is probably gunna be a week lapse in payment. wasnt sure of metros policy or if you didnt have your bill paid immediately then i risk having to restart with a new plan. my apologies if that seems like a foolish question :(

you have 30 days then you loose everything (number and plan) and will have to reactivate with a new number and plan. if you pay it within the 30 days your good. but lets say your bill is due on febuary 10th (thats when mine is due) and you let it lapse and pay it on march 9th, 29 days after it was shut off. you will still get to keep your number and plan but you WILL BE REQUIRED to pay your bill again by the 10th of march or it WILL get shut off again. unless you pay extra when you go to pay your bill on the 9th to change your billing date (it was like $15 but i think somewhere i read it was only like $5 now)

No didn't seem foolish but maybe like you where making a joke.

For any future reference:

if you go to your local MPCS store you will have to open a new account. You wont pay any fees just the plan you are interested in paying for. You of course get a new number after 30 days of not having paid.

Thanks for all your help!
