Root [Sprint/Cricket] signal issues

I have a sprint galaxy s3 (sph-L710) rooted , with cm10.0 and ktoonsez kernel. When I am at home it runs amazing! My problem is this, where I work I'm lucky if I get 2 bars of signal, and that's on a very good day. Normal is 1 bar with 1x mobile data. This plays hell with phone calls and anything using mobile data is pretty much useless. I've tried quite a few of the "signal boosters" on the play store and none seem to do anything. Does anyone know of anything, mod, hack, app, anything to help me get better signal ?

*note* I've had this issue with this phone since I had it , even before root. As well as the phone before it (HTC sensation) so its not a rooting/ROM issue.

Just sounds like a signal issue in your work building. If the building is encased in metal or reinforced concrete or something to that effect, it'll always have issues. It was like that at my old job too. Signal inside was horrible but as soon as I walked outside it was full bars.
 
If you're in an LTE zone, it appears CM 10 still has issues with data hand offs between network types(4G to 3g mostly) resulting in data loss until reboot or radio reset. As much as I love CM, I might find a nice touch wiz rom to hold me over until this is addressed.
