Where's JellyBean???

The Evo 4G LTE (our distant but internally identical cousin) is getting another update today. They've had jb for months. This is getting straight up ridiculous.

I seen that. I really believe with have the at&t's version of the Thunderbolt (Stuck on the same software forever).

Anyone else getting tired of the top Google result of "AT&T Jellybean HTC One X" yields:

"AT&T HTC One X Jelly Bean Update Release Date Gets Closer" from Dec 19, 2012..?

And the sad thing is, that's when we thought we were gonna get it...

Lol I am still wondering when the heck they will push out the update. I'm not so mad since I'm not using the Onex as my daily driver. But still I think this is sad. I feel like they don't care about that amazing phone, or its user's. I feel like they put us on the back burner this time. Hell then is worse than waiting for ice cream sandwich on my old HTC aria. And that was a low end phone.
Hopefully the push it out soon. When they do I'll pop the sim back in and see how it is. If I don't get rid of it before then.

Lucky you! Those of us that are stuck with the phone are getting too frustrated. They're clearly waiting for sales of the HOX+ to decline, and it's just aggravating

I don't even think that device is selling good. I haven't seen anyone else with a One X except myself. Everyone else has a GS III or iphony 4/4S/5.

I don't think it is selling well either. One of my good friends is a manager of a at&t store. He told me the one x+ is not a huge seller. The big one are the iPhones, gs3, the note 2, and surprisingly the lumia. He also thinks that the new blackberry is gonna do better than the One X's. Which is sad. I really do like the one x its a really great phone and for it to have been a flagship phone I think they should have handled this a lot better.

Its still a great phone and I personally believe its on the same level as the GS III. Only thing is its behind on the update. Totally at&t at fault when the rest of the world has the update.

The update, and advertising. It's hard to compete when another company has tons more money to advertise a phone that in my opinion, is barely at level, if that.

All done now, seems a bit more fluid.

Had a bit of a scare with the keyboard not coming up at all when I updated but a reboot fixed that thankfully :P

I like the redesigned notification bar with the powersaver option always there, its nice.

Il check out google now later but is there anything else I should be aware of?

The main beef with it seems to be the option to mount as mass storage has gone, but check here for some solutions with that: http://androidforums.com/htc-one-x-xl/664759-mount-mass-storage.html

You can also plug in USB sticks if you have an OTG cable now (they're only about a quid from Amazon). :)

Just as a note, on my three hox I had to upgrade to 4.0.4 before I could upgrade to 4.1... Downloading, hopefully not crying later!

Finally Jellybean update downloading now on 3 Network, Might take a while because I'm at work and only have mobile internet.

Jellybean update on 3 network took 15-20mins plus install of new operating system over mobile internet. First impressions, definitley smoother(project butter?)
Wow, 2 new Skins, (Steel one is nice) Google Now,Quadrant test 6744.
