Root rooting

i rooted my nexus 7 i then used root checker to see if i am rooted and i m sure it said yes i am . today i tried to install titanium backup it said no root access . so what happened ,and what can i do? do i start from scratch again , delete drivers or what do i do :confused:
 
no i didnt i updated the root kit thats all before i started root when it was finihed rooting i unpluged and thats it what should i do now
 
Youre going to have to be much more specific about how you "rooted", the more info the better we can help you :)

As of right now, you arent rooted. What did you use to root? Do you have a custom recovery installed? Is the bootloader unlocked?
 
come to think of it i didnt check the custom recovery to flash in the root kit . and i used the wug nexus rootkit 1.6.2 i didnt have any problem at all when i rooted . how do i tell if bootloader is unlocked ? i hope this helps when u boot up the device that lock that shows up is still locked . does that mean the bootloader is locked

if the boot loader is locked there shouldn't be any image.
 
darn have i got a problem with rooting first the samsung driver wouldnt install says its already install even after i have deleted everything that the nexus rootkit says i should do then when i try the raw driver it installs but when i test driver in the rootkit it says found abd i think it is but it is offline. which i checked it isnt the padnet driver says its installing but a little window pops up that says e0000ff when i press the x on that windowws after a while it uninstalls the driver with the raw driver it show up ok in device manager so i dunno wat next
