I think that the Incredible will be a direct "nag" at the Evo.

Sure, it doesn't have a 4'' screen, but I don't necessarily enjoy carrying my TV around.

The front facing camera would have been nice. But, in the end, it is a novelty, and I don't know if I would ever use it after the first week.

VZW was definitely smart to use AMOLED. Evo...you just had to go the HD2 route.

VZW's 3G network > Sprint's 3G network

So it really comes down to:
Better screen
Better network
And everything necessary to quench a nerd's liking for tech

and hdmi, which would be nice ;)

well, can someone summarize the day for me?

-There was a screenshot that showed some dummy Incredibles in a warehouse
-A couple of Walmart/Sam's Club employees found out they will also be launching the Incredible on the 29th
-The big announcement we'd been hearing about was for the two new Microsoft phones, the Kin and Kin 2. They are the first in a series of 6 new devices Verizon will be launching this spring.

You seem to be missing something from the Evo specs .... G. G. G. G.

It's an interesting question though. My girlfriend jumped ship from Sprint to Verizon a few years ago because it was clear that they had a more spread out 3G network. However Sprint is heading in that same direction now with 4G that verizon did with 3G. They have positioned themselves to use eitehr WiMAX, LTE, or both. Right now they only have WiMAX but in a year they could be the only carrier with both services. That could greatly impact service quality.

All I'm saying is this is the same situation Verizon went through a few years back. Sprint was the dominating provider along with Cingular Wireless (thats soo funny to say now) but Verizon became the first to push out strongly with their 3G network rollout

Plus in my opinion the Evo is a fricken beast. No phone is like it, when you see it like i have you'll get me

I know a lot of HTC phones use screens that make reading your phone in the sun hard to do.

Is this this same case for the Inc.?

I'm glad we don't have to worry about immaturity here.

It's a quote from Monty Python and The Holy Grail:D

btw, I'm a 3G multimedia phone user, Moto Entice, this'll be my first foray into the smatrphone arena. An INCREDIBLE experience to be sure!;)

Wink wink, nudge nudge, say no more!

Is your phone a goer, eh, eh? Know what I mean, know what I mean? Does it take pictures, eh? Photography, candid photography, he asks him knowingly? Wink, wink, nudge, nudge...

Sprint wants to bail from being the leader of the 4G wireless revolution? Are you on something sir? 4G is already used in tens of countries in europe and asia and is a tested tech. When (if) Lte comes out get back to me, Sprint said they were coming out with a device for the past 2 years, so if Verizon says one by winter add atelast a year to it

Actually I had it the other way around

Italy / 5 letters
Rome / 4 letters

5X4=20

I got the same result just came at it from a different angle

WHAT? What's wrong with that line of thinking?

wow... WE HAVE CONFIRMATION, PEOPLE!!!

srsly though, i thought it was 5 + 4 = 13, and therefore it'll be here by tomorrow...

p.s. i never learned to add
