I have a 2011 Macbook Pro. It is fully equipped short of having a Solid State Drive. I have the S3 16GB model with a 64GB SD Card. I have been using Android File Transfer Until Recently. It started having issues connecting. I could transfer photos (PTP) but music is a total problem. I improvised and started using my SD card adapter and transferring the files directly from my computer to the card. The card was working fine until I received several iTunes gift cards and downloaded a lot of music. I wanted to transfer it but it wouldn't work on File Transfer or using the card directly. I tried formatting the card on my phone but my computer won't recognize it period. I called Apple and they said it is a Samsung issue. I called them and they said it is a software issue and they want me to buy into their $200/year software support plan even though I have insurance from Verizon. I really don't want another refurbished phone and I would like to fix the one I have.
Any Ideas? Should I just go to the Verizon store?
