Root New Update - MB3 - for the Galaxy Rush & Reverb

There's a new update on the samsung.opensource site for both our Galaxy Rush and the Galaxy Reverb.

I'm downloading the source so I can update the kernel to be based off the latest MB3 update.

Strange is that it does not state it's actually an update like the first 2 updates: "Update1, Update2". Possible it's a newer build of ICS? Idk but just saying

New build will probably be up tomorrow, latest Saturday.

Thank's Will you be making this cwm flashable. And will it download with recovery, and no root, or will I have to replace it with stock recovery? I hope Samsung/boost gives us the jb Touchwiz update in the future

Did you guys get an OTA for this update yet? I keep going to system update and it says everythings up to date. Im on LK7 by the way too. I downloaded MB3 from samsung opensource and when i tried to flash the update it abortated installation and said the signature was not validated or something close to that..

Its not a flashable zip. You need to compile it.

You can't just compile it and flash though. That source only includes what Samsung is required to release by the GPL.

Yea. I was just letting them know in noob terms without getting in details...haha
