Currently I have a Dare with the insurance. Can I call up Verizon and report my phone as lost. Then wait till the new one comes in the mail and the INC comes out. Then buy the INC and sell both Dares on ebay?

Sorry if I sound ignorant, I just don't know how it works?

Yes, it's fraud, and as soon as you report the one lost, it's ESN gets flagged, so it won't be able to be activated anyway.

Ok, Thanks for the info. My buddy was trying to tell me that this was an easy way to pay for a new phone. It definatly sounded fishey to me so I brought it to you experts. Thanks!

Yes, Verizon opened at 6am for the Moto Droid release. I was there at 4am and there were already like 5 people ahead of me.
