Help Galaxy s3 lte camera error message

When I select the camera on my Galaxy S3 an error message reads 'Warning Unknown Error by ErrorCallback'. ok. I select ok and it returns to the front page. Any help would be appreciated. GalaxyDave.

Try going to Settins>Application manager. Move over to All and scroll down to Camera. Clear data and force stop. Go back to Home and then try the camera. If this does not work, then try the following:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up key, Home key, and Power key at the same time.
3. When the phone vibrates, let go of the buttons.
4. Press the Volume Down key to move to and highlight wipe cache partition.
5. Press the Power key to select and wipe the cache partition.
6. After the wipe is finished, go back up till reboot system now is highlighted and press the Power key to restart the phone.

Hi GTWalling, Thank you for taking the time to reply. I'm not that technically minded so after I confused everyone at the EE store, eventually Samsung took my phone back and I think, reloaded all software. I asked for a report on the problem to be returned with the phone but did not get one. Lack of communication. The phone is now working fine.

Best Regards, Galaxy Dave.

Hello again GTWalling, I see you are in Alabama. In 2008 I flew from Heathrow (London, UK) to Atlanta and drove to Alabama, Memphis, Nashville, Jacksonville, Dollywood, Gatlingberg and Chattanooga back to Atlanta on an extended holiday. I had a great time exploring off the beaten track. What a beautiful Country you live in. I met some great people along the way. USA Fantastic! I will definitly be back again.

Happy days, Galaxy Dave.

I have done the below mentioned steps still facing the same issues.
