Data/Minutes tracker that doesn't count VOIP minutes

I'm wondering is there an app that tracks my data as well as minutes used, but doesn't count VOIP calls through apps like Google Voice, Talkatone, GrooveIP?

I've tried Droidstats, but they count any VOIP minutes towards the monthly total as well.

Oh, and a side question, how do I make Titanium backup auto install all apps without asking me to manually click "install" for every app it restores?

Not sure on the 1st, but are you using TiBu full (paid)? It shouldn't prompt you if you are..

Do you mean the free version doesn't have the option to auto install without the prompts?
