Does anyone have a link to the eclair 2.1 rom for the tattoo desperate to get a hold of it

Here is a post on xda-developers with the latest custom 2.1 ROM for the tattoo. Keep in mind that so far they haven't gotten the camera or youtube app working.

If you are not an advanced user, its recommended to wait for the HTC release.
