Wonkiness today on Metro

Anyone else experiencing problems today. I was having trouble with calls today. It would ring twice but not connect with the other person. I was at work where I normally am and had 3 bars. 2 calls I made to my friend who has T-Mobile rang 3 times then I got a recorded message that "The Verizon Wireless customer you're trying to reach is unavailable at this time." How did Verizon even get involved? Also there was a flashing little white triangle outline in the center of my notification bar, but when I pulled down the notification shade there was no info for it. I tried to screenie it but I couldn't catch it between flashes and then it was gone.

The white triangle means you're in TravelTalk, and my phones been doing that for the past week.
