Root How to root your Acer Liquid E2 (Experimental)

Over a week ago, I've made many attempts to root my fianc

I can confirm that motochopper worked on my Acer Liquid E2 Duo as well.

Acer does not offer ADB drivers for the E2 at the moment, but it is possible to 'convince' Windows to use the ones for the E1.

Anyway - I am a happy root now. Thanks a lot for this tip.

Thanks for the reply, I'm glad it works. . I can't remember downloading any E1 drivers myself, could be windows installed it for me. Either way, experienced users should have no issues getting the phone's drivers to use this rooting method.

Thank you, this root method worked, I was almost giving up on rooting this phone .
