Help wont connect to data :(

I had this phone replaced and received my replacement on April 7th, and had issues with it not updating to jelly bean. Now its been having problems connecting to the data, had the sims card replaced and still not working. I hate AT&T
plus after calling AT&T and using their chat and doing everything they tell me to do its still not working. they offered a replacement, but I did that once and do not want to do that again.

That is truly a bummer. I've been there and done that however. I received a refurb once that was a dud. If they are willing to replace it, though I KNOW that is a great hassle, it might be wise to take the opportunity. Their willingness to try and make things right is not all bad. I've never uses AT&T so I'm not talking them up. There isn't much they can do if you received a non functional replacement beyond replacing it. I'm sure sorry for all your misery and hassle.

They are not willing to make this right, they are willing to give me the same phone, and model. Ive had nothing but probelms
