So, I had a Maxx and got it replaced. When I got the replacement the speaker for the earpiece was bad. Now I am getting a 3rd one. I'd rather get a different phone.....but I'm not having any luck.

I for one have never had a "perfect" problem free electronic device! I've had tons of different phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, etc, and every single one of them have always had some sort of a minor malfunctions here and there! I've just come to expect it and find ways to work around them myself!I'm not following why some folks think they are entitled to an upgrade if the get a bad phone (or a series of bad phones). All Verizon is required to do is replace your phone for you, they aren't required to give you a better one. Sure, it's a cool thing that sometimes happens (to other people...) and if they offered me an upgrade for a defective phone I'd jump on the offer, but it's not an obligation for them of any sort.
