THIS IS A METAMORPH THEME FOR GALAXY 1.6 ROM​

Full metamorph theme of canarion's bluest day with some edits by me.
All credits go to enoch, cache injection and canarion​


Downloads:
Theme: BluestSkies.rar rename .rar to .zip
Zip and Zipalign files: zip-zipalign.zipEXTRACT THE ZIP​

How to install: Download zip and zipalign files from link provided above. Then procede following steps through ADB below.​


adb push ( zip file location ) /system/bin
adb push ( zipalign location ) /system/bin

Then...​

adb shell
cd /system/bin
chmod 0755 zip
chmod 0755 zipalign
exit

Then rename the BluestSkies.rar to a zip file. Copy the file to your phone/sdcard then open up metamorph, then choose the directory where the .zip is and choose and apply all.​

INFO REGARDING THEME: there is black lettering in status bar no white, will update op with pics from my phone itself, music widget and contacts isnt skinned due to eclair contacts and stock music not being on galaxy​

I might do a no touch wiz version of this theme, but I guarantee it wont be easy do to the different framework that it has.

When i open blue skies in metamorph, it had no files

Even when I tried to unzip it on the computer, there were no files to extract.

Hey man, if you wouldn't mind, can you let me know if you get this working? I might switch back to the Galaxy 1.6 ROM and use this until the 1.6 NoTwiz rom gets its tweaks worked out.

You probably lost your root. With your phone plugged into the computer, make sure USB debugging is on, and then open command prompt.

Then type the following:

adb shell
su (then hit enter)

Now your root should be re-enabled and Metamorph should load.
 
Well I actually got it loaded but it didn't change anything on R8. I guess it has to be stock galaxy 1.6

I'm going to try with the stock version and I'll report back.

Ah ok gotcha... well I'm excited to try yours out. I'm about to put R8 back on my phone. The 1.6 NoTwiz rom is having a lot of problems right now.

make sure theres no xmls in there because it might break your phone as in not booting up

So you mentioned that white lettering isn't available. I see white lettering in your theme, or am I misunderstanding you?
