Root [T-Mobile] Help with knowing if i can flash roms and which to pick

Im not new to flashing, rooting, and hacking androids but i just got the tmobile galaxy s 3 and i really do not want to brick it! its the sgh-t999. I was looking at slim bean, pacman, carbon, and jellybam and im not sure which is the best, please put your own opinion as to what is better. Im rooted on 4.1.2 stock by using odin and team epic root. I am currently running cwm recovery v5.5.0.4. I dont know if that changes what rom i can install by it being older. i have made backups and know i flash the rom then Gapps but i just want to make sure i wont brick it. i believe i just clear the cache and factory reset in recovery then flash. Please let me know if im ok to flash and what roms would be the best! thanks!

Well my recommended custom ROM will be Cyanogenmod, however if you insist flashing one of the ROMS mentioned, I'd suggest PacMan. My husband has it on his T-999L and he tells me that is very stable. As far as updates, I'd still prefer Cyanogenmod. I do like the Hybrid mode offered in these ROMs. Any way I can get the hybrid mode feature on Cyanogenmod.
